How to install FilmPlus on a Firestick (Including BPlayer)

In this post, we are going to install the Unlinked application and show you how to install FilmPlus from the firestick store

FilmPlus is an excellent Free Movie and TV Shows app, what I like about FilmPlus is that it pulls high quality HD links for TV Shows and more and it’s absolutely Free!

The first thing we need to do is enable developer options on our firestick, follow the tutorial completely to get Unlinked going.

Click the gear as numbered (1) in the picture

Click “My Device” or “My Fire TV” whatever the name of your device might be.

Once clicked you should see the next screen if you see “Developer options” that means you have already enabled them. If not click on the About button

After click on the device name, about 6-8 times until it states you are a developer. You have successfully enabled developer options.

You have successfully enabled “Developer” options on a firestick, which will allow you to install 3rd party apps on your firestick. Follow the next steps

In the next steps, we are going to install the “Downloader” application which will allow us to load “Unlinked”.

Press the home button on your firestick and lets install Downloader on the firestick.

Scroll down to Find and click into the search Box and type in Downloader

Click the middle of your D-pad Amazon firestick remote to bring up “Downloader”

Once you click and search for it you will see it on the screen as an orange icon.

Highlight the orange “Downloader” icon and click on it.

Click the “Download” button.

Click the Open button, you have successfully installed “Downloader” on your firestick.

After you protect yourself with SurfShark VPN, it’s time to open up “Downloader” and install Unlinked.

Click the “Open” button in Downloader

Press Allow followed by OK

Input Unlinked.link (in the URL search box in Downloader) and press the “Go” button.

You will see the Unlinked website you can move the red dot, around with your firestick remote, scroll on the website and select Download APK for android as shown and press the middle of your firestick remote. The download should start. If you get an error make sure your VPN is turned on, Your ISP might be blocking it. Test

There should be a pop-up simply press the install button.

Press the “Open” button to open Unlinked Application

You may also get a security warning, please enable security settings and developer options, to enable the installation

Click “New Library” in Unlinked.

You can enter the following codes, we recommend using newtechevolution Youtuber code, easy to use always updated.

Input the code word firestick and press enter.

Read the welcome message and press Enter, you will enter inside of the store.

Scroll in the store to FilmPlus under Movies and TV Shows section or look for the FilmPlus icon

Select Download on the FilmPlus, I usually try to have the newest version updated for you whenever it is released.

After download finished press Install App

You will get a permission required press OK, it will take you to developer options and we will need to turn on permissions for Unlinked.

Click on Install Unknown Apps in developer options.

Select Unlinked and toggle it on. After it is done.

Press install, you have successfully installed FilmPlus newest updated app from the Unlinked store, now let me show you how to use it. FilmPlus is easy to use and it is in my opinion of the best Terrarium TV replacements.

Since we installed FilmPlus, we need to make sure we can install and get SurfShark VPN going, this is going to give us more content and links for FilmPlus

Press Home, on your firestick, before we runFilmPlus application

Search for SurfShark, VPN.

Click on “SurfShark” VPN to install it.

Press the Open button.

Press the Login, button to get your own account simply click here, at a huge discount! sign up for an account it will keep you safe and protected using FilmPlus, and various content that might be blocked by your ISP will be available when using a VPN.

Once you go to their site, choose your plan it’s literally costs less than a cup of coffee, more content, geo-blocked content, anonymous and fully protected.

Press the login button, once you are able to sign in with your SurfShark credentials.

Choose United States, server this will give you the best content and unlock most content for you. Press the Quick-connect

Press OK on the connection request screen

We are not fully protected let’s proceed loading our application.

Press Home and let’s open FilmPlus,  since we are now fully protected with a VPN

Press Allow button to start FilmPlus , if FilmPlus asks you to update up always update the app, because it will install the newest version for you.

You can now search FilmPlus, by pressing the hamburger menu on the left you can switch between Movies and TV Shows, the arrow next to the hamburger menu allows you to select categories if you want to watch Comedy, HD, or perhaps Drama, selecting each area will load the titles of the content, showing newest to oldest content. You can also global search for a specific Movie or TV Show.

Press Play, once you click on your Favorite Movie or TV Show, FilmPlus will allow you to use ExoPlayer or BPlayer, in this example I will show you how to use BPlayer it will have less ads during the movie. Please note it’s perfectly fine to use ExoPlayer.

If you choose BPlayer like we did in this example TeaTV will automatically download BPlayer like shown.

Press settings to allow FilmPlus to launch the installation of BPlayer, this is a3rd party permission which we need to enable.

Select FilmPlus on the list and turn the switch on from off. Click back twice on your firestick remote. Some Firestick, developer options and third party installs will ask you once only and never again on newer firestick devices you may have to go into Install Apps from Unknown sources and turn it on for each app. If you are still not sure how to enable developer options on a firestick, please see this post:

Select a link from the list, and it will download BPlayer again and ask you to install it, click install.

Once BPlayer is installed press the Open button to run it for the first time.

Press Allow Access on BPlayer, this will enable data caching on your Firestick device. To exit BPlayer simply press Home on your firestick device, go back to FilmPlus and choose any Movie and TV Show, now they should automatically play in BPlayer.
